Alberto Seveso is a graphic artist, born in Milan and now working in Bristol, the UK, as a freelance artist.
His passion for graphic art started in the early ’90s when he became fascinated with the skate decks and album covers for metal bands. He’s always been creative, and many years ago, he started playing with the first graphic design software just for fun. Not knowing how to draw pushed him to express himself with other tools. From here, he started combining his digital art and photography to create his own unique style, combining the real and digital worlds.

Digital artworks by Alberto Seveso skilfully combine photography and digital alteration. His compositions are intriguing and visually arresting, thanks to the amazing combination of organic forms and alluring textures in his work. Like Seveso, I also attempt to use CGI and digital tools to construct a fictional universe that combines fantasy and reality. The capacity of Seveso’s work to digitally manipulate the primary subject or photograph to provide an additional layer of meaning intrigues me. These are not only beautiful works of art; many of the lines and symbols have deeper meanings or represent ideas that give the artwork more depth.
