Ever since I was 18, Monthy Python and the Flying Circus has been my favourite show—not just the absurd comedy but Terry Gilliams wired animations. and years later, I learned that they are called cutouts and are done like a moving collage. Today I recalled my delightful experience watching Gilliam’s work. I thought he had a special spot in this blog. They are nothing but wonderful moving collages!
In this video, Terry Gilliam explains his technique and workflow in his style, and it was wonderful for me to watch this video after years. and I didn’t know this video existed!
