No need to introduce, Diane Arbus as one of the landmarks of photography has been always a subject of discussion. related to my own practice? I don’t know… maybe, I recently found my keyword for the expressions of portraits, it is ” Vacuous”! found it! my models are all dull and vacuous! and I somehow found this kind of expression in Diane Arbus’ work, therefore she has a soft spot in my heart and hence in this blog. this is a very good documentary about her on youtube.
